Currently if you have extra information in the Extra fields portion of an Event registration, there isn't a way to pull that information into a Notification to parents so that they know what they signed up for. We'd also like a placeholder for the registration item and the custom field information in the Administrative notification so that it's more descriptive.
It would be REALLY great if in the Participants Notifications (which are to people internally) could include the following placeholders: Birthdate, Gender, Date of Birth, Parents contact Info, Interests, Present School and VISIT Activity. Since this reminder is for internal people helping with a visitor it would be nice to share this information. We do about 500 visitors a year. Currently we have to send a separate email for each visit with this information.
