Add {nickname|firstname} placeholder in Pushpage Merged

I would like to have the option to use a {nickname|firstname} placeholder in Pushpage, to work like User Name Format where it pulls the user's Nickname, and if no Nickname, their First Name.

    This should be available wherever you can select First name or Nickname....Official Notes for OnBoard would be so helpful!!
