Additional Admin Giving Notification Placeholders

I would like to have additional placeholders in Admin Giving Notifications, to include  “In Honor Of”, “In Memory Of” and “Gift Matched”, when we receive gift notifications.

    I would also like to add 2 more:

    1) Gift Type

    2) Whether or not the donation is a gift or pledge.
