I would like the Directory widget | Ideas for Blackbaud's K12 products

I would like the Directory widget to have an indicator that the third field is for sorting by last name

Currently this field just shows blank, so users may not know it's an option. It would be helpful if this had either a title before it, or the default value showed "A-Z" so users would know it was there.
