Use the "Custom Title" instead of | Ideas for Blackbaud's K12 products

Use the "Custom Title" instead of the "Page Name" as the name of the menu title if there is a custom title entered.

Due to the limited character length of the "Page Name", I put the full length name in the "Custom Title" field. I would like the custom title to be used as the menu item name instead of the shortened page name.

Example:

Current Page Name is "Engineering FUNdamentals - Mine-Craft-Build LEGO"

Custom Title is "Engineering FUNdamentals: Mine, Craft, Build using LEGO®"
