When we started offering My Notifications, we did so with general categories, to which many users subscribed. We then determined a better way to publish, through community group membership and consequently disabled Notifications for those channels; however, we have discovered those users are still subscribed. It would be very time consuming to impersonate and unsubscribe each user from each category. We see two possible solutions: 1.) Prevent sending announcements to those categories that are no longer displayed in Notifications. 2.) Provide a method to bulk unsubscribe users from categories that are no longer displayed in Notifications.
