Include User Defined Fields from Giving Forms in Email Notifications and Confirmations
User Defined Fields are by definition important to the organization and the user. Being able to "Confirm" the User's entry into these fields seems logical...and would be very helpful, reduce confusion and unnecessary phone calls.
