Being a school store, it seems fields like homeroom teacher, advisor,grade level are necessary questions to ask.  An optional customizable field would be helpful.  We are hosting a tournament event with several schools and would like to offer our guests this option and have the goods ready for them when they should up.  It would be easier, if they could put their school name in a field to be shorted and reported.
