ability to add bounce back message to @myschool.com email from pushpages and also ability to check that inbox

we have parents that have accidentally saved the savannah@myschoolemails.com as the person that the pushpage says it is from, for example our Head of School. Then when they think they are emailing the Head of School, the email looks to them that it has gone through, but HOS does not receive it nor is their an email address in the cloud that we can check :(

We stopped using push pages for this very reason. If there is no way for the parents to know that they are emailing to a non-existent address it looks like we are ignoring their emails. Not a good look for a school or any non-profit.

Email forwarding would be ideal as we want replies to go to the correct person. Better yet, let us enter the address we want to the email to actually be coming from in the To: field.

Please put a bounce in place ASAP so users will KNOW that the email did not go through

    For honest mistakes or mistypes...

    Thank you

This is even more problematic through phones, because the "From Sender" text is hyperlinked as a contact, but the email address associated with the contact is [schoolname]@myschoolemail.com.

Either a bounce message or email forwarding is necessary, this is an easy mistake for parents to make and schools have no way to compensate for it at present.

A bounce back message is necessary!
