Allow the ability to specify time for access to report cards
Our students have study hall on Sunday nights and we need the ability to specify what time of the day they have access to their grades and comments. We can specify date but not time. This is really important to our teachers who need the time during the day to complete their grading without it being public until Study Hall time.

This has been implemented with our new report card builder that was made available to all onRecord sites in the July release.

Related ideas
On a related note - I would like to be able to add an End Date for access to Report Cards. Once we get to the end of the school year - we plan on removing access to the Report Cards - at least for our Lower School students. If I could set an end date when I create the Report Card it would save me from having to go in later and remove the access for specific roles.

Would like the option to add time constraints to most anything where we are granting access as of a certain date. Report Cards, Schedules, Resource Boards.
