Increase character limit for course titles on transcripts

Many of the courses at our school are preceded by the same initial part (e.g. "Honors History Seminars: Course Title"; "Independent Study: Introduction to Course Title")), making different courses look like the same course if the first half of the title is too long. Being able to include full course titles on transcripts will give colleges and universities a much more accurate and clearer picture of the courses that our students have taken.

    This has been implemented with the 7/24/19 release for Student Information System in the new Transcript Builder.

    Also increase character limit for email notifications. I want to send html emails instead of ugly blackbaud default text! There should be no character limits at all!
