I see a lot of value internally to be able to post things here.  In onBoard this field is 4000 characters.  We would like similar flexibility in onRecord to post things like "probation notes", that might indicate a letter (or subsequent letters) was sent to the home.  We would not use "Official Notes" here because it is purely internal.
