Adding a dropped course grade to a transcript.

The student would have attempted credits and earned the credits but left after the second trimester. Right now you have to go into the student's grades and remove the grades and credits and then add them as a transfer grades. Seems to me that there should be an easier way to do this especially since the grades and credits and credits earned are already there.
