Remove checkbox items from parent view in Summary Medical
Currently if a parent can access/edit medical, there are checkboxes for medical form received and insurance card on file (in Summary section). These items should NOT be editable by the parent - only the nurse/school should be able to mark these as received.

I agree! We would like to give parents access to edit their medical information throughout the school year, without allowing them to check the general information boxes on their own. We would not want a parent to check "insurance card on file"... we would want that managed internally. It should either be view only or be hidden in the same way that immunizations are hidden. And I agree with the person who said the medical form check should be automatically checked off if received via school forms.
It should also be automatically checked off when a family submits the medical form via school forms.
