Add a calendar to the onRecord/Procedures/Student Attendance

Sometimes we have to correct absence records that are months in the past.  It would be easier to input a date or give us a calendar popup to choose from than to have to scroll back one day at a time.

    An option to select a date via the Go to button was added on 1/4/22.

    Amen!  We have just implemented OnRecord and so have been changing and adapting how Attendance works.  Now that the (hopefully) final set-up is being implemented, we have to go back to the beginning of the year to fix the current records.  What a hassle to scroll through the days!  There are calendar drop-ins available in all kinds of code language.  This is an easy, no-brainer fix.
