From Nurse's Office, when Add a Visit is selected, once a student is added for a visit we would like to see the Allergies and Conditions displayed for the student.  This is very important information that the nurse should be made aware of at this point.  We know you can go to find the student's medical record and add a visit from there and see this info., but a message on the Add Visit screen would be very useful.
