Set a max number of courses a teacher can teach per day

We would like to be able to set the maximum number of courses a teacher is able to teach per day. We don't want teaches being scheduled for 4 courses in one day and then 2 in another. We could like to be able to designate a minimum, target, and maximum number of courses a teacher can be scheduled for.
