Add a checkmark under the Medical Summary of a student's Medical Profile for Authorization to Immunize

We would like to have a check mark that indicates whether or not a parent has authorized a student to get immunized by our school nurses beyond the standard Permission to treat.

    It would be great to have the ability to add any sort of check-markable item within the Medical Summary section. We currently have the ability to add check marks to the Athletic Clearance section, which is great—but some of the things we would like to keep track of are not mandatory for sports and it would be better to have these stored in the Medical Summary area. Thanks for considering!
