Medical Form Received Check Box Linked to Medical Form
Have the Medical Form Received check box linked to the Medical Form so that when a parent submits a Medical form it automatically updates that check box, (currently has to be manually marked).
I can see why you wouldn't want it to be tied to the Medical Form if you are using it for another reason, but I believe at the very least it should be an option to tie these together. If they are tied together the nurses could use the Medical List option to track who has turned it in and who hasn't and have a list of parents numbers/emails returned as well as the student names.
We use this check mark for a totally different reason. Our families have to turn in print forms signed by a physician, so our nurse checks this when the forms arrive at her office. Since you can pull a list on who has completed the digital form, I hope this check mark doesn't become tied to an internal operation.

This should also reset those check marks to "unchecked" when a new form is created and submitted.
