Drop and drag option within view of schedule maker run. Merged

The ability to drop and drag a course within the view of a new schedule generated would make it very easy to see the school wide impact of changing a block once it is schedule. To take it a step further, it would be nice if the change would be reflected in the seat count totals as well.
