Add the ability to have a transfer course for the same school in the same year for multiple grade levels

We have a situation where a student participated in multiple grade level classes for the same academic year at a transfer school. Currently if we add enrollment rows for the same school for the same year with two grade levels any transfer courses added will duplicate across both grade levels. We would like to record these classes under their own unique grade level through manage grades.

This would be helpful. We occasionally get students with transfer grades from one school where they switched grade levels half way through the year.
