Use Manage Exclusions to Block Course Requests
We're looking for a way to block course request access for students who haven't done everything they need to for the next year. Currently we're to "filling" their schedule with dummy classes. Something like Manage Exclusions could revoke access to a limited group of students without leaving extra classes, etc to clean up.

This functionality is available in the new Holds feature which replaced the previous exclusions in July 2021.
