Once the senior class has graduated in the system, those students move from a current student role to an alumni role and they can no longer see their course grade book details.  Our school year begins with summer school (starts 1 week after semester 2 finals), so final exam grades and letter grades are not submitted until after the new school year has started in the system. This effectively locks our new alumni out of being able to see how their final letter grades were achieved in their courses.
