Add the ability to delete Medical Lists

We have medical lists (such as test lists) that are no longer valid and we don't want to see them any longer. We want the ability to delete them.

    You can delete them!  Go to onRecord > Lists . They will be listed. Choose the ... and one option is DELETE.
