Ability to show "Unofficial" watermark on Registrar-produced transcripts
When a transcript is generated by someone without grade manager role, it prints with a watermark saying "Unofficial". The registrar would like to have an option of generating an official or an unofficial transcript (without or with watermark) but since they have grade manager role, they cannot currently do the unofficial one. Having the ability for the registrar to do either would be helpful.

This has been implemented with the 7/24/19 release for Student Information System in the new Transcript Builder.
Related ideas
Where is this feature located? I do not see how this was implemented in the current transcripts area.
