To add a Comment Field to the Attendance Code: Attended Class
I would like to make comments for students that had an exception but still attended the class. For example, elementary students that do not take period attendance only can choose between Attended class or Absent. If a student leaves early for a Dr. appointment or not feeling well, it counts them absent for the day. If I had a comment field under Attended Class the student could still show present for the day but with a notation that they left at a specified time. I also have Middle School students who are on campus but during PE class go to a MUSIC class instead on certain days. I would like to mark them as a Field Trip, but not have them counted as absent. If I had the capability of making a comment I could add Field Trip as a reason under "Attended Class"

Please add a feature where comments can be captured for students that have "Attended Class" this would be very helpful for our middle school teachers and administration.
It would be helpful to be able to add a note when a student attends class.
I would like to see this function as well. We have students that are called out of class for various reasons (meeting with dean, counselors, etc.) but they may only miss a small portion of the class. Being able to add a comment would be a helpful way to track this.
We do not want to mark them as being in an "On Campus Activity" because that makes it look like they missed the entire class period.
