Currently, when a nurse prints a medical contact card from the nurse's office, all information is included on this form.

However, if the purpose is to give these cards to teachers to take with them on a field trip, then the nurse really needs the option to select which role they are printing these cards *for*, so that the information included can be adjusted appropriately.

The current workaround is to use a desired role in order to print cards to match the access level.
