Agreed! Entering nurse notes is far too time consuming and not remotely user friendly or very customizable. There are many programs out there that offer an easier way but they are extraordinarily expensive.  The dropdown menu of time choices is useless and notes should be held as drafts until complete. If I have 6 students waiting to see me, I can't finish a note between each one.
