As of now, in order to view prearranged, future absences, you have to run the "Pre-excused Absences by Student" report in OnRecord, which produces the names of all students excused from class on a single date or range of dates. Then, if you want to modify the excused absence, you must locate it by scrolling date-by-date under Procedures > Student Attendance, where you can finally make corrections. It would save a lot of time and effort if administrators were allowed to view all attendance information pertaining to a student in a single, logical space (i.e., the "Attendance" tab under the student's profile in OnRecord), and modify attendance entries from there.
