Allow longer course names to wrap and show the full name of the course on the report card.

Currently, if the course name is too long, it is cut off on the report card and does not show the full name of the course.  It would be nice if the width of the course column could be expanded like we could do in EE or have the name wrap and show the full course name.

    This has been implemented with our new report card builder that was made available to all onRecord sites in the July release.
