Add signature fields to Learning Profiles

Would like the ability for parents and learning specialists to be able to electronically sign learning profiles after being published. Alternate would be to allow or require parent to be part of the approval process.

    Yes. I absolutely agree with this. I'm surprised this has not yet been addressed.

    Prior to onRecord, we used a paper Learning Profile form that was signed by the parent, student, and teacher.  as I converted the paper form into an onRecord Learning Profile, I would like the ability to include a signature block to the learning profile similar to what exists in other ONSuite School Forms.
