Exclusions - Advisor view blocked

We typically use the Manage Exclusions to block parents from getting report cards / transcripts when on financial hold. However, the advisors can still access them and may hand them out not realizing they are on hold. I would love to be able to block the advisor and other personnel from accessing this information as well.

    This functionality is available in the new Holds feature which replaced the previous exclusions in July 2021.

    And/Or you could somehow notify the advisor that this student is on hold.   This would be *much* more useful if staff were notified if there was an exclusion so information is not inadvertently given out.
