Allow access to Core Contact Cards from onRecord Student Lists for non-Platform Managers

I would like for users with access to onRecord Student Lists to be able to select the student and be brought to their Contact Card, without needing to give them Platform Manager roles/clones. 

Currently, onRecord Student Lists bring you to the student's Core Contact Card. Users with access to the lists in onRecord, but not to Core Contact Cards are unable to access these.

    With the release of the 360 view profile, the student list now links to the Student's hub view, allowing you to quickly select which profile (Core, Student, or Candidate) that you need to go to.
