'Read Only' access to Student's Medical tab

Currently, when the 'Student Medical Profile Security For Parents' Task is enabled in the Parent role, this allows parents to both see and edit the student medical tab.

However, because no notice of changes (as with 'handle profile changes') is given, this presents a problem if medical contact cards were printed for off-site travel, or similar circumstances.

The ability to set this access for parents as 'read only' and instead have them call us to discuss changes would be a great improvement.

    Ideally BB could make current access task into two, one for read and one for edit. Schools could allow edit access in the summer before school starts so parents could update; and then turn it off when school starts.

    We COMPLETELY agree; if parents change without us knowing, we could have inaccurate medical information. In addition, the nurses are responsible for entering the dosages, etc. from the doctor forms received from parents and it's the nurses job to enter. The dosages, etc. are on signed doctor's forms and cannot be altered without doctor approval.
