I would like to see the OnRecord> Analyze>Performance section include report data options to pull from grade book grades, not just grade plan grades.

Any schools that use the translate on input option (OnRecord>Settings>Grade Categories) so that teachers will be able to see the grade book cumulative % and the letter grade translation when submitting final grades will have very skewed reports in this section.  The grade data that gets pulled into these reports in the performance section are based off the highest possible value of the letter grade that was given.  This can skew the data provided by these reports drastically and make it hard for administration to get a view of what is happening grade wise at the school or be able to use these reports at all.  I would like to see options for these reports to be run based off of grade book cumulative so that the administration can have a much better visual overview of what is going on with grades in a school.

With the update today there is a way to see gradebook grades in onCampus lists -> gradebook grades. I found this very helpful!   I set up my grade plans so the numeric grade pulls and then I have another column for the Letter grade.  For the reason you listed above.  There is a range in the letter grade and you need to know the exact number sometimes.  We only list letter grades on report cards but when I look at the grades in the backend, I can see number and letter.
