Include more filtering options on Courses - Requested/Approved/Enrolled report

Currently the Online Signup Report called "Courses - Requested/Approved/Enrolled" only filters on School Year, Offering Type, and Term. Additional filters that would be helpful are Grade Level, Student, and the ability to sort by Advisor.

    I agree. We meet with students individually and update their course requests individually. Each time we update an individual student, we need to run the full report and then extract only the single page for the student. It would be great if we can run this same report for one student at a time.
