Lists> Report Card Grades: Support transfer grades from outside of school terms and/or with no equivalent course

Currently, when using onRecord> Lists> Report Card Grades, in order to view a transfer course grade:

  1. It must fall within a term that matches already offered school terms
    and
  2. It must have an equivalent course selected in its settings

There is a filter to show 'Transfer or Regular' grades, but it feels like the need to adhere to the current school framework (years/terms/equivalent courses) limits potential.

    Yes, Please!  As an added note, this data pulled in the old Advanced Lists (Podium) built into the ON products. The Sky lists doesn't pull all the data if there is no corresponding course.  Thanks for adding and PLEASE IMPLEMENT!!!
