Ability to check grades received in multiple terms for pre-requisites

for course request pre-requisites, would like to check the grade received for a course for multiple grade plans. Curently, the system allows us to add only 1 grade plan per course

    This is causing problems when we have a semester-long course that is offered in both semesters and we would like to use it as a prerequisite. The Course Requests Guide help documentation specifically states that it is possible to do this, but I get an error when I attempt to do this.

    For example, students who want to take AP Calculus AB need a B+ in Honors Precalclus, which is offered in either the fall or spring semester (only one semester long). I am unable to add this as a prerequisite the way the system is currently set up.
