Forms can be useful but have some strange quirks.
(1) The administrator knows that the form saves automatically, but the user does not. There is no SAVE & Exit or SAVE and Next to add to the forms. Despite instructions to the contrary, folks think that they must complete the whole form in one sitting.
(2) Adding an academic year toggle so that forms can be organized by academic year.
(3) Adding a "my forms only" toggle to organize and see only your forms.
(3) Allow deleting of old or bad forms. You need to test the form with a recipient to see how it will print when completed...but once you use a "test" form you are stuck with it for life. All you can do is make it inactive. The list will get very overwhelming very soon. Especially without the toggles listed in #2 and #3 above.
