We send Official Notes for positive and/or constructive feedback on students to their parents.  I have been asked if it would be possible to format the template to open with a dropdown so that teachers could select the issue(s) they are addressing - making it easier and therefore more likely that teachers would use them.  Not sure others are concerned about this....
