Provide an option during Report | Ideas for Blackbaud's K12 products

Provide an option during Report Card Setup to exclude prior grading period comments on assessment report cards, but keep prior grading period asessment grades

We use assessment report cards which include extensive comments for each subject area. We would like the option to display Semester 1 and 2 (or Q1, Q2 and Q3, etc.) grades side by side at the end of the year, but also exclude the COMMENTS from all prior grading periods during that school year. This seems like an easy add to the Report Card Setup page where we select which elements to include or exclude from the report. THANK YOU!

In the new report card builder, schools can select which comments and grades to include. This can be set individually for grades and comments so that some information can span terms while other information does not.
