Add Checklist to medical forms of Over the counter medicines nurses can administer without needing to obtain permission at each time of need.

This is important because our nurses need to have permission to distribute zrytec if a child is sneezing and dealing with seasonal allergies, or tylenol if a kid develops a headache. These may not be ongoing conditions or issues but just something that a child might on a rare occasion need.
