Generate Student Schedules to balance Enrollments for Any Term Courses

Right now, the Generate Student Schedules task will schedule all students into Term 1 of an Any Term Course and then it will schedule the remaining into Term 2. We would like a feature that can balance the enrollments between the two terms without having to manually edit this.

    I had this same issue last year. This year I set my course maximum at exactly what would be in each of the sections and the placement was dispersed more evenly. I ran the schedule and asked the program to follow the course max that I had set. This seemed to help.
