Upgrade Scheduling Snapshots

Snapshots could be much better.

1. Once Snapshots are used for a particular academic year, the Scheduling page should have a heading the indicates what snapshot is currently active.

2. When Snapshot Restore is chosen, there is a banner telling the user that it has been sent to be processed.  There is NO Banner telling you that the Restore is complete.  Additionally, when a snapshot is restored, that snapshot should be "reinstated" at the top of the list with the NEW Date and Time that it was processed.  Currently there is NOTHING to indicate that it has been restored or is now active.

3. The list of snapshots should highlight or indicate the current/active snapshot.
