A Course with a length of 1 is considered a Doubleton in Conflict Matrix if there are Sections in different terms

We would like the Conflict Matrix to consider a Course with 1 length with multiple sections to be considered a Singleton. As this time, it is considered a Doubleton because the course sections are in different terms.
