When faculty go to "My Day" > "Schedule & Performance", I'd like to be able, on the back-end of the system to set a default to "list" view instead of grid view. There's a problem with grid view in that when there are two classes back-to-back (i.e. one class ends at 10:50 and the other starts at 10:50) they overlap on the schedule: the teacher does not see the two classes on her grid view schedule, she sees the first class and then she must click an arrow to see the second class.
By defaulting to list view, the problem of overlapping classes would be mitigated.
I completely agree with Salvatore! This only seems to occur on the grid view when the end time of one class and the begin time of the next class are exactly the same. You are able to use the little arrow on the right hand side of the box on the grid view to bring one class to the forefront, but I would love to be able to default all my faculty to the list view though!
