Assign student forms on going by role rather than individual student
With a rolling admissions process, each student that is enrolled after the student forms have been assigned must be added as a User Regarding in order to have access to the form. If the forms could be assigned by role, then all students that meet a certain criteria - year enrolled and grade level as an example- could be swept into the User Regarding rather than having to add each individually (and potentially miss a student) as then complete the enrollment process.

I am circling back to this as I have once again missed a student whose status was not fully updated when I swept in the grade level to a form. It is very cumbersome and time consuming to have to add each new student to a form. A role-based assignment would be great. I don't mind refreshing the role - I do mind having to track each student to see of they were properly included on the form.

I love this idea! Just today had to assign some more forms to those last few newly enrolled students.
