Provide a Report that pulls both Emergency Medical Information and Emergency Contacts into one concise format that is very readable and printable (1 two-sided page per student?). In the event of an emergency, we need both pieces of information instantly and need to be able to hand the EMT a hard copy (with electronic signature) with all the information included. Teachers need both on field trips. Coaches need both at away games. The Front Office needs both in a paper back-up in case the system is down when we need the information.
