According to this KB https://kb.blackbaud.com/articles/Article/103658 If the Parent says No for a Role to view Medical but the Nurse says Yes, that Role will NOT see that information based on the Parents restrictions.

This is a potential issue as if teachers or staff do not know if a student has an allergies/conditions because of restrictions it could be putting students in serious danger.
