Track meeting notes on a user record

It would be awesome to privately track meeting notes on students and parents.  There are student/parent meetings that take place and the meeting notes are not stored in the K12 user record, but outside of the system.  I can think of many times when a teacher, counselor, advisor or administrator would meet with a student/parent and keep notes on paper (gasp!) or in a separate g-drive document.  It would be helpful to track these meetings on the student/parent/user record.  Something similar to the "Interviews" section form Enrollment Management, maybe?
